The base flange of my horn has a 2" FIP threads. Based on my research, this flange matches the bolt patten of the horn. My guess is the original base with the debris screen is long gone. So I guess just put a 2" to 1" bushing in the base and goto town. I suppose I could cut out a piece of wire mesh and mill a slot for a make shift debris screen.
Is this really needed?
Thanks,
Ben

Re: Replacement base for type b
Considering that the piston might be damaged by debris and that replacements are so hard to come by, any steps taken to protect it are just smart.
